 Welcome to Cedar Flats ,  a newly constructed 276-unit income-restricted apartment community coming soon to Puyallup. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and functionality, Cedar Flats will offer modern homes with updated finishes, energy-efficient features, and welcoming community spaces. 

 

Cedar Flats will offer apartment homes for households earning within program income limits. Pricing and eligibility are based on area median income (AMI) guidelines and household size.
